If you forgot your password
If you can’t remember your Dacr password, you can reset it:
Dacr.com
- Go to Dacr.com/login in your web browser
- Click Forgot password, enter your email address, then select Send reset link.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once your new password is saved you can sign in again.
- Go back to Dacr.com/login to sign in.
Mobile apps
- Open the Dacr app → Sign in.
- Tap Forgot password, enter your email address, then select Send reset link.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once your new password is saved you can sign in again.
- Go back to the sign in page in the app to sign in.
If you lost access to your email
If you no longer have access to the email address you’ve used to create your Dacr account, you can change this email in settings. To do so:
Dacr.com
- Select your avatar in the top navigation → Account Settings.
- Select Edit next to your current email, enter the email you want to use.
Mobile apps
- Tap your avatar in the bottom navigation bar → Account Settings.
- Select Edit next to your current email, enter the email you want to use.
